For repeat medicine orders, payment must be made as instructed, and a screenshot of the payment confirmation must be shared to process delivery. Payments are non-refundable once the order is processed.
We are not responsible for extra payments made due to network issues or by mistake, however we shall refund the extra amount or adjust later in future payments ASAP. Refund payments shall be made by online payment method only.
Payments shall be considered complete only on confirmation by our banker. We shall not be held responsible for failed payments due to network or UPI provider issues.

COURIER AND DELIVERY— DELIVERY OF MEDICINES IS FREE FOR ALL ORDERS WITHIN INDIA ONLY. ALL ORDERS FOR MEDICINES WILL BE PROCESSED WITHIN 2-3 DAYS POST CONFIRMATION OF PAYMENT. IN CASE OF HIGH VOLUMES OF ORDERS, SHIPMENTS & DELIVERY CAN GET DELAYED BY A FEW DAYS. PLEASE CONTACT US IF THERE IS AN UNDUE DELAY IN DELIVERY OF MEDICINES. IN CASES OF UNFORSEEN CIRCUMSTANCES, BEYOND HUMAN CONTROL, THE COURIER MAY ALSO GET DELAYED AND HENCE PATIENT’S DISCRETION IS REQUESTED TO COPE UP WITH THE DELIVERY PROCESS. CALL FOR CASE DISCUSSION— THE CASE RECORD DISCUSSION ON CALL WILL BE RECORDED FOR RESTUDY PURPOSE AND SHALL BE KEPT STORED FOR RESTUDY OF THE CASE IN FUTURE. THE CASE DISCUSSION WILL BE DONE BY EITHER NORMAL / WHATSAPP / VIDEO CALL DEPENDING UPON THE AVAILIBILITY OF THE INTERNET SERVICE. PLEASE NOTE THAT IN CASE OF NON AVAILABILITY OF PROPER NETWORK FOR CASE DISCUSSION, THE APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED FOR THE DAY AND RESHEDULED IN THE NEAREST AVAILABLE DATE. THE DATE SHALL BE FIXED MUTUALLY ACCORDING TO CONVINIENCE OF BOTH THE PATIENT AND THE DOCTOR. NO REFUND OF PAYMENT SHALL BE DONE.
